As Director of Beyond120, Taylor is committed to creating pathways for CLAS students to design a professional life that has meaning, purpose, and impact. She is fueled by her conviction that experiential learning is pivotal to personal growth. Prior to joining the Beyond120 team, she worked in areas spanning leadership development, community engagement, career services, and university-business partnerships, both in the U.S. and internationally. Taylor earned her doctorate in leadership education from UF in 2022. With expertise in athletics, service learning, international travel, and student success, Taylor operates Beyond120 on a holistic framework informed by her diverse skillset.
